What is Indiego?
Indiego is a brand new advertising network for creative souls, much like yourself.
On Indiego, you can advertise your stuff for free, with the only requirement that you also advertise other people.
The way this works is that everybody inserts an "ad rotation" on their site, which will display a random ad coming from one of our members. In return, your ad will be shown across those sites as well!
Who's behind this?
We're just two people. Like you, we were looking for places to advertise our indie stuff, and preferably without having to cough up the dough.
And that's what you'll find here. A network of creative professionals, supporting each other by advertising each others goods.

New Algorithm
Just thought I'd mention that as of this weekend, we're using a new method to pick random ads. Without getting too technical, it basically gives more chances to people with less clicks, so for those who have not seen a big increase of traffic to their blogs, we hope this will change things.
Payments possible
Hello fellow indiegoers! If you haven't received the second newsletter, here's a small notice that you can now avoid having to go through the scruffy process of setting up this HTML-thing on your blog. In fact, you don't even need a blog anymore! You can activate any site, for the very small fee of $8 USD per month. This should open up the site to many more potential users!
The ride so far

Updates, spotlights!
Wow, what a ride. Over the past couple of months, we've had a steady stream of talented crafty indie designers coming in, here on the indiego! It's been a wonderful experience, and we're super-happy to release this new version today. We've ironed out some bugs and we've added some new things, like the spotlight feature! Artists here now have an equal chance of getting hand-picked by yours truly for a one-week promotional spot right here on the front page. On top of that, we also bump you 5x up in the ad rotation. That means primo-airtime! We hope this release will be well received and we wish you all the best!
